The KUNFERR Story
Our company is located in Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County, Hungary, in the middle of the Great Hungarian Plain (Alföld). It can be reached by car on main road No. 4, located 140 km from Budapest.
Our company can look back on 70 years of tradition and experience.
Our predecessors included the small tradesmen of Kisújszállás, who founded an Industrial Cooperative in 1948, on the basis of which KUNFERR Steel Structure Ltd. was established in 1993. Following the example of the founders, we have continuously placed great emphasis on the professional training of our employees.
Our company's activities include the manufacturing of small (medium-heavy) steel structures, machined production of machine frames and parts, manufacturing of agricultural machine components, and production of components for self-loading machinery. Among these, the manufacturing of crane components attachable to lorries is the most significant.
Our Company holds the MSZ EN ISO 3834-3: 2006 welding quality certification. Our certified welders, versatile skilled fitters, and reliable machining specialists, together with our stable technical managers, guarantee the satisfaction of our partners' diverse needs.
In addition to our personnel capabilities, the technologies at our disposal ensure that we perfectly meet the requirements of the manufactured products ordered. The development of these technologies has largely been carried out using our own resources over the past years.

As a result of the investment, our company carried out a lighting modernisation in the workshop halls and installed a small solar power plant on the roof structure of the workshop hall. The project contributes to improving our company's competitiveness and the sustainable development of our environment.
